Cathweld Construction Company Ltd. is a renowned engineering firm with over 44 years of experience in Bangladesh. We specialize in engineering design, procurement of materials, and construction-fabrication services, including erection, testing, and commissioning. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of projects, including cross-country pipelines, high-pressure vessels, tanks for various industries, heavy engineering structures, and electrical equipment supply and installation.

We are looking for an efficient engineer who will work as an Executive Director of the Project Operation department.

Location: Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams to develop project plans and schedules.
• Supervise and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in managing cross-country pipeline projects and high-pressure vessel/tank fabrication is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of welding, fitting, rigging, and machinery installation techniques.
• Understanding of electrical equipment supply and installation processes.

Salary:

BDT 90K - 1 Lac
